    The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist when the TV malfunctioned. The breakfast, especially the warm French toasts, added a nice touch to the morning. The mattress quality was disappointing, as it sagged significantly was nice. The absence of a USB charging plug was inconvenient, though the staff kindly provided one upon request.

    The hotel was clean and staff were all supper friendly and amicable. The bar served a wide range of meals for breakfast. I liked the room, the bed was very comfy. The location was favourable - really close to stores, and the mall. Also, Allegheny River was 3 miles away.

    I stayed in a Double Room with Two Double Beds and was impressed by the cleanliness throughout my entire stay. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of hot and cold foods, and the setting was so pleasant. The staff, especially the woman who managed the breakfast, ensured everything was well-stocked and fresh!

    Our toilet clogged constantly . I left a lighthearted note about it, but it was a recurring issue. While the breakfast was sufficient, the small pool was awkward and felt cramped.

    Wingate has very clean rooms and friendly staff. They were super helpful when our tv wasn't working. Maintenance came right away. Breakfast was solid, and the open tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were a lovely touch.
